Hello reader!

I wanted to give you an update on my writing. I am in the middle of prewriting for a tv show. I find that there is so much more to writing than just putting pen to paper (or finger to keyboard). One needs to spend a great deal of time developing her or his characters. Of course, this character is incomplete without a copious amount of research. One has so much to research: clothing, architecture, sciences, social constructs, and the like to create a world that one’s reader feels is real. All this time spent researching is crucial for a good story. How many times has your suspension of disbelief been broken because an author did not fully research his or her topic?

Let’s avoid doing that.

Keep positive and keep on writing.
